  2. Take a mixing bowl put besan,rice flour mix then add all spices mix add water mix then make a semi liquid batter.
  3. Take a wok add oil then oil heat take a batter put paneer slices coat in batter for both sides then fry in golden colour.
  4. Then enjoy paneer pakoras in ketchup.
