  1. Open firm tofu pack. Wash and cut tofu into slices. Heat oil in a large pan. Gently place tofu into the pan. Fry for 2 mins or till golden then flip and fry the other side as well. Take out the tofu in a plate and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl pour soya sauce, salt sugar, chilli powder, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, hot and sweet sauce and 1/2 cup water. Mix well.
  3. In the same pan in which u had fried the tofu.. add 1tbsp oil and heat... then add chopped onion and garlic fry till it changes colour... then add chopped spring onion. Stir well.. add the soya sauce liquid. Stir till it starts boiling then add 1/2cup of cornflour mixed in water and stir till it comes to a thick consistency.
  4. Then add the fried tofu to it.. mix well. Garnish with more greens of spring onion and serve hot with rice or noodle..(note : u can reduce the chilli quantity according to ur taste)
