- In a heavy bottomed pan boil the milk till milk reduced to one-third.further add cardamom powder, sugar and chopped dry fruits.give a good mix and get to boil. Immediately add rasmalai into hot milk and get a boil off the flame. Cover the lid and rest for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruits and pomegranate and served it chilled.
