- In a Kadai heat the oil, once it's hot do add ginger, garlic, green chilies and onions. Saute by mixing them till the onions become translucent. Now include cashew-nuts and fry for a few more minutes
- Then add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder (Haldi) and Chaat Masala. Mix well and saute
- Add grated boiled potatoes to the mixture and mash them nicely,add carrots, green peas and mashed paneer to the mixture, mix it well and saute
- Mix them well and keep them separate.
- Fill till the top of capsicum with mixture.
- Fry them in Kadai making sure it's done from all sides including top and bottom.
- Serve hot with Parathas
